For the eighth consecutive year, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 100,000 young professionals (those with less than 10 years of work experience) working for U.S. companies with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents rated their employer on key factors such as salary, benefits, opportunities for advancement and workplace conditions, and were asked whether they would recommend their employer to others. Beyond evaluating their current employers, respondents also shared recommendations about past workplaces and companies they’ve come to know through industry connections, family and friends.
To ensure the rankings reflect the most relevant and valuable insights, responses from the past three years were factored into a scoring system, with greater emphasis placed on recent data and feedback from current employees.
This recognition reflects Energy Transfer’s ongoing commitment to fostering an environment where emerging professionals can develop their skills, take on meaningful challenges and contribute to a company that powers the nation. From hands-on learning experiences to mentorship from industry leaders, Energy Transfer provides the support, resources and opportunities new grads need to grow professionally while making a tangible impact.
