FACT: Contrary to what is coming out of the protest camp, Energy Transfer was not involved in the alleged incident of purposely creating a wake to sink protester boats, nor were any of our contractors. At the time of the alleged incident, we did not have any boats on the water, nor did our contractors. We do not wish harm on anyone regardless of their opinion on the project, and would never do anything to put someone in harm’s way as is being alleged.
