FACT: This is absolutely false and completely unsubstantiated. There have been a vocal minority opposed to the construction of the Bayou Bridge Pipeline that have recently started spreading rumors that we will not complete construction of the project. They claim that we are lying to the public about our proposed dates and that it may never go into service. As we recently stated on our last public earnings call, we are nearing completion of construction and expect commercial operations to begin in March. We are working on the final tie-ins and other punch list items in order to bring it safely into service. We remain committed to safely completing this process and honoring our commitment and will continue to speak out against these false claims.
